We had a wonderful experience buying a new sofa at Bartlett Home Furnishings recently. Their selection of choices is very good. For each manufacturer family, the options were easy to understand. We went with a Stressless corner unit in blue leather, in a customized configuration. It arrived yesterday, a few weeks earlier than projected! It wasn’t cheap but we got a reasonable discount. My mom absolutely loves her chair! She said Wayne was an exceptional sales person and the delivery guys were so fabulous as well. We met them at the house and they had the chair set up within five minutes and plugged into the wall. It is the best purchase she has made maybe in her lifetime. Just purchased a new couch from Bartlett Home Furnishings, with the help of Wayne, whom was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. It matches so well with two Flex Steel power recliners we purchased in the past. We have purchased other pieces and have been very pleased with all of them including custom pillows, lamps and various accessories for our home. We recommend Bartlett Home Furnishings very highly. They carry great quality and stylish furniture and accessories and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The couch was delivered by very courteous and professional delivery personnel and they represented Bartlett Home Furnishings well. This store has a large inventory of quality merchandise and the ability to design what you, the customer, find appealing. Doug is a very mild mannered and friendly owner. He knows his inventory and lots of information that will assist you. He was generous to let a decorator that has helped me for years come to his store and work with us.

Great quality furniture at a reasonable price. Received delivery of furniture in two days instead of waiting 4-6 weeks as I have previously experienced. They had products available in their warehouse. Friendly & knowledgeable staff regarding products that Bartlett Home Furnishings has on the floor & special orders.
