Great pricing, great service, 5 stars! Worked with the 2nd generation owner, Joe, who was very helpful but not pushy or hovering. We got a great price on an in stock sofa and chair, delivered in a couple of days by Joe's son, Jonathan (3rd generation), who was very prompt, courteous and careful. Very reasonable delivery charge. All around a great old school type transaction that we just see often enough these days. Highly recommend.
We bought a bedroom set.the selection process was extremely simple, we were given an estimated arrival date which was spot on. The items came in perfect condition and were assembled and delivered in our home. Extremely professional would give 10 stars if available.
I found a set that I loved from a big name store but was not willing to pay the price, I felt it was outrageous. I drive by Furniture City everyday and I’m embarrassed to say I had never been inside the store. One Saturday, at the very last minute, I loaded up my crew and we went to Furniture City. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and gave the information to Mr. Joe. He worked with me and even drew out what I was looking at just to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. He ended up being at half the price of the big name store. I highly recommend this place. Even if he does not have it in the store, I guarantee you Mr. Joe will find it and get it! I absolutely love my new furniture.
Mr. Joe Kitchens was great to work with. He listened to our needs and showed us his selection. We ended up purchasing a beautiful sectional from Furniture City and we couldn't be more pleased. They delivered our item the next day and the delivery men were so respectful and very professional. We will definitely purchase from here again!
In a bind after my 97 year old mother-in-law’s lift chair quit at Noon, I ran by Furniture City to see if they had any lift chairs. They showed me what they had, went home and we talk it over and called them back at about 2 pm, paid over the phone and they delivered it to her house at 2:35 pm. They were very professional and accommodating to our needs. This is the kind of service you just don’t get much any more. Will definitely recommend them and do business with them again!!
