Furniture City's excellent customer service goes beyond the in-store purchase. We pride ourselves on being the best delivery service in the area. We do not use third party or contracted workers to handle your furniture. Our delivery crew is employed by Furniture City and is always accompanied by a member of the Kitchens' family. Each Kitchens family member grew up in the delivery crew being taught the proper way to handle and care for furniture providing you with years of quality experience resulting in total customer satisfaction. Before your furniture is loaded onto the delivery truck, each piece is meticulously inspected by our staff. It is then loaded, wrapped, and secured for safe transport.
